Our marquee can be hired on a venue only basis giving you the opportunity to piece together all the elements of the event yourself.

Prices

Dry hire rates start from £2,750 + VAT and vary by month and day of the week.

You may bring in your own caterers or catering can be provided by one of our preferred caterers Touch of Taste, Payal or Greenleaf. If you already have a caterer in mind please let us know as all non-preferred caterers must get prior agreement to cater at The Conservatory and must carry all the necessary insurance and health and safety documentation. To bring in your own caterers a kitchen hire fee of £1000 plus VAT will be charged. If you use Greenleaf the charge is reduced to £500 plus VAT, and for Touch of Taste and Payal there is no additional fee.

Additions

Cloakroom staff and DJ are not included but can be provided at an additional cost. A minimum of two security staff are required and must be booked through the venue at approximately £18.00 + VAT per person per hour.
